PROJECT 5

This has been one of my favourite projects because it involved site visiting. We had to pick from one of the 6 given locations to conduct our  site analysis. 

The 6 given sites;

1)       Bayan Residences, Relau, Penang

2)       Sunway Mutiara, Batu Maung, Penang

3)       Sunway Bukit Gambier, Penang

4)       Siara 81, Sg. Ara, Penang

5)       Sunway Merica, Sg. Ara, Penang

6)       Setia Greens, Sg. Ara, Penang

My two friends and I picked Bayan Residences, Relau, Penang.

We went there, took pictures of the site and jot down all the  amendments that are needed to be done on site.

After site analysis, we went to the developer's office;  

to obtain the key, location and site plans.

We left our university; USM at about 1.30 in the afternoon, but we reached Asiamas Housing Sdn Bhd around 3.30 p.m. That was because we got lost and went to one of my friends house in Kulim, Kedah to ask her parents the directions to get to the developer's office. Here's what we obtained from our 'awesome' trip to the developer's office;

After gathering the information needed, I splashed my ideas on 2 A2 sized cartridge papers. The first one contains the key, site and location plans with the problems on the site;
